Don't be fooled by the image they've put up. It's just a generic picture of the actual mask that you can find on Google Images. I bought two masks, one for me and a friend who is a big V for Vendetta fan, and when I finally got a look at the masks, they have various difference from the ones you can see worn on the Internet etc. The brown part around the eyes is MUCH darker than the actual ones; the size of the hole where the mouth is placed is about 3 times smaller than it should be; the mask as a whole is wider than the actual one (compared it with another friends actual one); the strap on these ones are thin and flimsy, unlike the actual thick ones on the genuine masks; the V for Vendetta sticker on the back of the mask has a spelling mistake and finally, the masks are extremely poorly cut. I'm disappointed. Not only am I out £16, but I DON'T have the genuine mask that I wanted to give my friend as a gift. I'd quite like a refund, but the seller was good and the transaction was fast.

I've had a few responses to this original review, so I thought it would be necessary to update it.
The mask is actually genuine. The inconsistencies mentioned above that I found when compared to the older version of the mask are there merely to prevent royalties being paid to Time Warner. I'd also assume that they are easier to produce this way. I'd actually go so far as to say that these masks are actually even more durable than the older versions, as the plastic is a little thicker.
