    I bought the Muvi HD7 camera to record rides out on my motorbike. I was a bit skeptical but decided to take the plunge anyway. I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the camera. It's neat and compact & seems quite well built.
    The lens is very wide angled and picks up a large area. The image is quite "fish eyed" but that's not a problem for me. The sound seems good but I've only been able to test it out on my laptop.

    On the downside, the camera has HDMI & an AV out socket but there's no AV out cable in the box(!) & the Veho website doesn't show (particularly much information at all)one as an optional extra, so i've been unable to test it on a large screen. The biggest fault in my opinion is that the date & time are permanently displayed in the lower right hand side of the screen, which is really annoying.

    Had it not been for those facts, I would have given it 5 stars.

    Firstly let me clarify a real sticking point with this camera.

    YOU CAN TURN OFF THE DATE/TIME STAMP !!

    It's very easy, and is called "TIME DISPLAY" in the menu and you say "YES or NO". there thats that.

    The kit that comes with the camera is amazing. Mounts for this, mounts for that. Straps for this and that. The camera didnt come with a specific mount for my needs so I played around with the various bits and bobs and "created" my own solution.
    The remote control is fantastic. Video quality is great. Quality of the kit is excellent.

    I havent done any extended testing yet but so far I'm thoroughly impressed.

    I bought this camera for my school skiing trip and it came very quickly after i ordered it and i was pleased with the quality but when i tried to put the micro SD card in it slipped behind the slot and got stuck i sent many emails concering this and they replyed to everyone of them quickly and send a replacement in about a week and a half this was very impressive.

    PROS: I would very much recommend this camera the video quality is very impressive and it also takes high quality pictures. The touch pad on the back and the screen makes it very easy to use and navigate. The battery life is great and lasted long enough to record a few hours of footage.

    CONS:The only problem i encountered was the attachment my helmet, the straps didn't work and I had to clip it onto my zip on my jacket (the clip is very strong though) I could recommend buying the extra helmet cam as it seems to look like it works.

    Over all it is a VERY GOOD product and i would recommend it to anyone and it rivals some of the popular brands.
