I love this book - it has so many interesting recipes full of exciting flavors. It can be used by non vegetarians as well.

We have just changed to a vegetarian diet and this book has been brilliant. Every recipe works really well and has been eaten with enthusiasm by children and adults. Highly reccomended.

This book contains a really useful chart of what you can feed your baby as you introduce solid foods. I found this very helpful. There are sections on what foods contain what vitamins etc and there is advice on how to balence meals.
Then follows lots of age specific easy recipes. Lots of these are for the over ones but there is advice on how you can adjust these for younger babies too.
A really good, no nonsence book.
