Really good cookbook with lots and lots of ideas to make all kind of burgers, sections on the books are Veggis burger basics, Bean, lentil, grain and nut burgers, vegetable burgers, tofu, seitan, tempeh and tvp burgers, burger buns, sides, salads and fries, condiments and toppings. Includes around 30 Vegan recipes and you could probably adapt the rest to be Vegan and 27 gluten free recipes.

The burgers I've made so far from this book have been delicious, especially the spinach-chickpea burgers. However, these aren't burgers that are going to be whipped up quickly after work - they're fiddly, time-consuming and use a lot of pans/equipment.

Still, if you love burgers, have a lot of time and like washing-up, then buy this book.

I've cooked around 15 recipes from this book - and each has a) worked b) been full of flavour. The Mushroom burger even fooled some meat eaters! Recipes are simple, well laid out and use readily available ingredients. They include both bean burgers and vegetable burgers, slaws and condiments (and even bread rolls).

Fantastic book - easy to do the recipes. Soo very tasty - Die hard meat eaters loved the garden burgers p103. Would definately recommend this book :)
