Yes ok the food it nice from this book yet the measurements for the ingredients are in American units which is very annoying unless you are familiar with it.
The food itself, although yes fast, the ingredients can be quite expensive so they are not always cheap dinners.

This is a great book to have on nights where you want dinner on the table within 30 mintues. There are lots of helpful tips about ingredients, substitions, as well as a nutritional break down. New vegetarians will find this book especially helpful and those of us who have been vegetarian for awhile i'm sure will find new ideas. I know I did.

Not what I was expecting. I am not a cook and frankly this book does not help. I expect it is because I live in the Netherlands and I cannot get some of the ingredients they talk about in the book.
