Bit tame, nothing really new or exciting. lots of Black Eyed Pea and bean recipes, couple for slow cooked lasagne then the usual array of veggie casseroles.might try the Pumpkin spread but have seen plenty more exciting recipes around that l would prefer to try. No pictures, measurements in American cups

This is full of great vegetarian crockpot recipes. It's so nice to be able to just throw it all in a pot and be done. The recipes are easy and delicious. It's sometimes hard to be a vegetarian, so to find a book like this really makes my life so much easier. Love it. Thank you.

Not much variety. Many of the dishes are not as healthy as they claim to be (large amounts of sugar, processsed cheese, etc. are some of the ingredients called for) And although this claims to be a book of vegetarian recipes at least one of them calls for chicken broth. A few interesting concepts like making lasagna in the slow cooker.

To be honest, I really don’t like eating vegetables. But because of my health problems, I am obliged to follow my doctor if I want to live longer. Since then, I have been looking for the best recipes I can cook with vegetables just to make them appealing and tasty. And these recipes found in the book are just what I have been searching for. The Bean Recipes, the Mouth-Watering Dinner Recipes and Five amazing side dishes are just the best. They are not just appealing, they are most delicious! Plus, they are just easy to cook. Vegetables are now my favourite. I never feel as if I am on a diet, and much less any sacrifice for eating only vegetables. I even cook some for my friends and they can’t even believe that vegetables can be as tasty and delicious. I highly recommend this book to everyone out there who is just like me. Although I work from home, I still have to be in front of my computer for more than 12 hours a day. This makes it difficult for me to help prepare meals for the family. However, when I saw this book (and eventually purchased it), I realized I can still cook for my family despite my tight schedule. Using a slow cooker, I can cook tasty meals without slaving in front of the stove. What’s more, the slow cooker recipes in the book do not require the use of meat, which makes the dishes perfect for a newbie vegetarian like me. I’m particularly looking forward to trying the Slow Cooker Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna with Romaine Salad -- yum!

This is an excellent book on vegetarian slow cooker recipes. The recipes in this book are so easy to follow and they all look so delicious. I really like all of the seasonings and attention to detail that these recipes contain. I know that these meals will not be bland at all and I can’t wait to try a few.
