The recipes in this book are detailed, with really useful photos so you know exactly what you're supposed to be making. I had no idea there were so many different vegetarian curries, and am looking forward to making as many of them as possible, there are also recipes for starters, sides (including lots of different breads), and desserts, and everything I've made so far tastes great.

I am a strict vegetarian and even though I have avoided the recipes with eggs, i have enjoyed cooking the vegetable korma or the mild coconut cauliflower curry. My husband and I loved the recipes, and it is always a pleasure to savour them. The recipes are easy to follow and give you confidence in your cooking!
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to take pleasure in eating vegetarian Indian food!

Although I am not vegetarian my daughter is and this book gives many indian recipes. I do not believe there are many vegetarian recipe books around so was pleased to see this on Amazon.
