I've been looking everywhere for a recipe book that isn't just vegetarian, but low fat too, so when I stumbled across this one I had to try it. I'm pretty impressed with it so far, it has sections including soups, salads, light meals, main meals and desserts.
Underneath every recipe there's a breakdown in how much energy/calories, fat, calcium etc is in each portion which is really helpful, especially if you're on a diet like I am! The desserts are surprisingly low calorie too, I've tired the coconut sorbet and it's delicious, other favourites include baked cheese polenta and leek, squash and tomato gratin.
I'd definitely recommend this book!
