We love this book because unlike many cookbooks that are simple enough to involve the children, the majority of recipes are real main meals instead of endless cakes/biscuits/salads/pizzas. We wanted a book to encourage our kids to cook real healthy vegetarian foods, learning essential cooking skills - and this book delivers just that. Simple enough for our 6 year old daughter to follow the instructions, and tasty enough for the adults to eat too. Compared to all the other vegetarian cookbooks for children we looked at this easily beats them all.
