Im a massive vegan taste of fan, but ive not had much jump out at me from this book. I really like the middle east and greek ones, it maybe the buyt issue. This france book has many nut recipes, and i cant eat nuts. Im sure others will like it. But its not my favourite

When I thought of France, I could not imagine eating vegan food there! I could only think of people eating frogs' legs. But thanks to Linda Majzlik for discovering the vegan foods in different countries, making it possible for vegans to travel around the world.

I keep buying these books...

I own six or seven books by this author, in the same series. They all intrigue me because you can find in them recipes that you will not find anywhere else. They are very interesting. On the negative side, these recipes don't always produce clean, simple flavors (the kind of flavor you would associate with mediterranean cooking, for example). They often ask for many ingredients, which easily produces a repetitive "melange" taste.
