I have only just become vegan and i really wanted some info on how other vegans
coped in a largely meat eating world . This book lived up to its promise and it
is something i will read again and again . I can highly recommend this book for
all the people out there who are thinking of going vegan and would love to hear
stories of how other vegans from all over the world , of all ages are enjoying this
way of eating . Truly inspiring !
