I bought this to try it and compare it with the usual VAX carpet shampoo and this is so much better. It is more expensive, but in my mind, well worth it for the results. If you have any tough marks or areas that need a bit of extra cleaning this is perfect - but I actually use it as my usual shampoo now for all carpets. Highly recommended

I have a very light-coloured carpet which had become rather dirty. With my new Vax Carpet Washer and the Vax Ultra Carpet and Upholstery cleaning solution, the result was amazing!

Purchased this in preference to other solutions to go with my new vax carpet cleaner. Cannot comment on the others, but this one has done a really good job and I will continue to buy it. My machine has an auto mix facility and the solution goes quite a long way - one 1.42l bottle will do the stairs, landing and a large room. Would recommend that you look closely for the best price as I found it at a high street catalogue shop for considerably less than online.

Missed out, I thought goods came with free postage deal
Very good on hard flooring. Not tested on whole carpets only on small mats.
