When I purchased this VAX for my daughter,I used the ONE CLICK purchase facility, I clicked on my daughter's defunct old address. When I received the e-mail confirmation, and realised my mistake, I rang Amazon Customer Service to change the delivery address whilst the Vax was already in transit. The customer services contacted the courier and diverted the delivery to the correct address, despite the printed warnings that changes cannot be made once the delivery has started. I am really impressed by the Amazon Customer Service and the delivery employees of YODEL for their courtesy and efficiency by getting the Vax to my daughter's address, instead of that of an unknown stranger living at her previous address. I could not believe that the delivery could be successfully changed at such a late stage of the delivery process.
I have now updated my ONE CLICK details with the correct delivery address.
The product is everything that we wished for at a good price. It is portable, so my daughter can fit it into her small car to use it to clean my house about 20 miles from her home. As I live alone and I am a 75 year old male pensioner, my enthusiasm for vacuum cleaning is not what it used to be, so I am very grateful for the outcome of this order after my absent-minded selection of the wrong address caused the panic.
