It has a large 2.6 L dust capacity means more cleaning and less emptying. The powerful multicyclonic suction power means that it doesn't lose suction so it cleans as good as the first time, every time. It allows the dust and dirt to collect in the container, not the filter, so your filters don't get blocked.

This is a great vacuum cleaner, it is very quiet and lightwight so is very easy to carry up and down the stairs. It gets right into the corners and along the skirtings with ease. It goes under furntiture easily without having to change the attachments like tables and cots.
It also has 2 large buttons one is to turn it on and the other reels the cable back in for you once you have finished.
The suction is great, really powerful, and It leaves my carpets looking almost new again, only problem is though with such great suction you cant hoover rugs and mats as it sucks them up.
I also did all of the hoovering of the whole house (3bed semi) in super fast time, it just glides around the floors and is just as good on tiled and laminate floors as it is carpet.
The cable is a good length for doing stairs although it could do with a stretch hose, as the hose isn't that stretchy for doing the stairs athough the cable is long it would be easier to leave the cleaner at the bottom and just use the hose.
It comes with lost of little attachments that all interlock into each other, only problem is trying to put them back in once you have gotten them out.
It is easy to empty and easy to clean the filter, just throw the filter in a washing machine on 40 degrees and dry and its as good as new again.
I have 6 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 rabbit plus a fiance who likes DIy, this hoover is fabulous and cleans to perfection, i am a very houseproud person and this is a fabulous product and i couldnt recommend it enough.

VAX MACH ZEN
Mach Zen - Ten out of Ten
Think of a hoover that is easy to use, light enough for you to carry up stairs and then look no further. The Vax Mach Zen is the best hoover for you, and me!
I tested this hoover at night when I could not sleep, and it was quieter than fish. My other half sleeps awkwardly and I was hovering downstairs and it was so quiet he did not wake up, and yes I would normally get shouted at when using the Miele hoover.
This has to be the best hoover made, move over Dyson we have a winner. You can hoover the stairs without lifting the hoover - saves you money.

Compared with my Miele hoover it is a breeze. My miele is a chunky oversized and tends to give out air from the top which makes it loud and a pain when the dog is around. The Vax mach zen is very quiet the dog wants to play with the hoover especially the extending hose, because it is so quiet. It is so ergonomically designed my dear old gran could use it. The best aspect is how quiet it is and the ease of emptying because it is bagless.
In conclusion the Vax Mach Zen is better than Dyson, and Miele put together.

I bought this product because I wanted a reknowned brand and I wanted their top of the range.
The pros:
-VERY silent indeed
-Good suction
-OK quality attachments
The cons:
-Removing the cylinder where dust is collected can be difficult, it gets stuck sometimes, this is unacceptable as being a bagless, removing the can should be easy.
-Hoovering carpet is not very fluid, i.e. going forward is OK, backwards it gets stuck.
-Not the best shape, it gets stuck in corners when you pull the machine from the hose.
-The main attachment that goes on the end of the straight pipe is not very big, meaning that for cleaning big areas you need to go over many more times.

Vax bagless wonder
