Amazing choreographer 9 Feb 2011

I had been wanting to see Roland Petit's Carmen for years - ever since I saw a short excerpt from it starring Natalia Makarova. Carmen fully lived up to my expectations with fabulous choreography - sexy, exciting and very moving - I absolutely loved it. I also really enjoyed Le Petit Homme et la Mort which I had never seen before and Paquita which I had. A great purchase all round.

this box set is great: Paquita is beautiful, and the three choreographied ballets from Roland Petit are magnificient.
this is great value for money, as ONE dvd/ballet at Paris Opera boutique costs the same price.
I'm so glad I bought this.
