I recieved this dvd as a gift and was sorely disaponited by what i discovered. I statred with the Temptations disc, choosing to individually veiw the performances, but this is over-ridden and jumps any interview (which you see a SPLIT second) before it dissolves to the next video. I got the same response to the Smokey Robinson and the Mirtacles DVD. But the Supremes is simply another copy of the previoisly released "Reflections" DVD. I'm cheesed off, as even if you rewind to second of the interviews on the other discs you have no chance. i was though compensated by the interview with Otis Williams, which made it up. still if you choose one option to play the videos, this shouldn't be over-ridden.

The music is great as the motown sound is so don't be piut off by the interviews unless you want the full package.

Region Error 24 Mar 2008
By J. Cadogan - Published on Amazon.com
Amazon Verified Purchase
I found this DVD (the part that I actually go to to listen to) "EXCELLENT". It is truly a classic. I was able to play The Temptations and The Miracles with no problem but when it came to playing Marvin Gaye and The Supremes I received a "Region Error" message (which I had never heard of until this moment). I found out that these two disks had a code on them that made them unreadable to my DVD Player's (I have two DVD Players, a portable player, and the player on my husbands Laptop)and I tried to play the DVD on all of them, to no avail. The disks were coded for another Region of the World and the DVD Players in the USA do not have the same code on them (surprise, surprise). So what I had to do was to purchase an "All Region DVD Player" (for approximately $70.00) to hear the rest of the DVD's. But I think that it would be worth it because this disk is truly a classic. And the "All Region DVD Player" won't go to waste because it plays any DVD's. So just beware that if you purchase this Disk, you may have the same problem. But I can guarantee that you will definitely enjoy it.

motown DVD's 28 April 2008
By Judy Waters - Published on Amazon.com
Tremendously disappointed. Expected color, instead of old recaps of black and white. There are multi-groups still doing Motown and many of the originals are recapping their music. The only up to date portion of the DVDs were interviews with people sitting around talking about the music. The conversation engulfed the majority of the DVD's.

Trying to get them returned as I feel this order was a TOTAL rip-off.
