This a good value tent that covers a number of bases well.
The tent is tunnel style, it is not geodesic so won't stand without the pegs and guys being placed. You get two poles, a long one for the head end and short one for the foot end. Get them in, spread the tent out then start throwing in pegs.
I last used this tent on an overnight climbing trip. Totally misread the weather and camped in a disused quarry in a torrential downpour that lasted all night. Set the tent up in the rain, slept in the rain and was dry as a bone all night.
Can't ask for more really, it packs down pretty small too. I take the peg bag out and roll the tent round the poles, it then easily fits in a 25litre dry bag along with my sleeping bag. There is still room to spare, this is really a small tent.
Room inside isn't mansion like but you can get two big burly blokes inside it with their kit (I had a mate in there and we both had plenty of gear.
A nice tent worth considering, Vango is, in my opinion, a pretty under rated brand probably because they are cheap and you can buy their stuff from the likes of Argos.
Give this consideration and I think you won't be disappointed.
Finally, one of my mates used to work in a tent shop and was impressed when I pitched this tent, he reckons it is a cracker for the money.
