This book is fantastic, and it is only the first part of 3! The book takes you from the birth of the Necroscope to his travels through the burning deserts, whilst the dreaded Wampyri raid small villages relentlessly killing the Szgany. This book is brilliant, a must buy book for all vampire fans!

A must for all Lumley fans. From Harry to the Dweller and now the adventure of the twins Nathen and Nestor in Starside and Beyond! P.S. Don't forget Volumes 2 & 3.

If you like vampires and their perverse and evil ways, and the battle of good against evil, with a bit of 6th sense thrown in read this and all the others.
