Absolutely yes, without any shadow of a doubt, the worst film I've ever had the misfortune to see... "Razor Blade Smile" was awful, "Cradle of Fear" worse, but compared to Vampire Resurrection they're both shining examples of cinematic genius.
Dreadful script, no acting ability displayed by anyone in it, and I'd estimate that the boom mike spends more time in shot than out.
No, don't be tempted by the idea that it's so bad it must be good in a kitsch-y way, this film has no redeeming features whatsoever.
Somewhere in the end credits there's a bit dedicating the movie to anyone who's ever seen a vampire film and thought they could do better. The makers of this movie failed in every respect.

I saw this movie at the rental shop and thought my dreams had come true, the vampire on the front looked exactly like the face from Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption, a computer game which had cost me a lot of happy hours playing.
The name is also very similar only missing out two words one of which being one.
It was shortly after playing the film that I realized my dreams hadn't come true and what I was watching I was pretty sure I could and have made better myself. Terrible acting, terrible camera work. It had a plot, but it was scared to use it unfortunately.

This was not the best vampire film I have seen, however it was watchable and I quite enjoyed it.
I would probably buy it again. There is action in it as well as the romantic side. This is appears to be a low bugdet film. It starts slowly but it does pick up.
