Book Description

For Basha Argeneau, anything is better than facing her estranged family. Even hiding out in sweltering southern California. But when a sexy Vamp in black shows up determined to bring her back to the clan, she'll do anything to keep far, far away from the past she can't outrun.

Marcus Notte isn't here to play games - especially not with someone as crazy as the infamous blonde. Asked by Lucian Argeneau to bring her back for questioning, Marcus is determined to carry out the request - no matter how the seductive little mind-reading Vamp feels about it.

Basha doesn't mind fighting fire with fire, especially with a hot immortal involved. But if this Vamp wants to take her away, he'll have to catch her first...

Another fantastic story of immortal love from Lyndsay Sands :) wish it had ended with a confrontation with bashas son, but maybe that's being saved for the next book :)

Latest in a long series of Argeneau titles. They are becoming a little repetitive in some areas but are still an enjoyable read, great for a holiday

Loved it but then I always like this series. I've read around seven of them now and find they are a very easy read with the characters interlocked within all the books

1.0 out of 5 stars Sara 9 April 2014
By Sara
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
As it seems a star rating is necessary in order to leave a review, I would have preferred to have been able to give it a zero. This book was an incredible waste of money and easily the worst yet to have been written. The book completely lacked depth in the characters and plot and all in all boring, maybe it's time to put an end to this series.
