Traditional manufacture using Polished Carbon Steel allows for more even heat distribution across the base (essential for Paella). Steel pans (as opposed to enamelled pans) require a minimal amount of seasoning before first use and oiling, after washing/drying to prevent rust. 30cm Carbon Steel Paella Pan Serves 4 people Coated handles to help them stay cool Paella history, recipes and care instructions are included with the pan.
