Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
My son, who is 4 1/2, got this for Christmas and is still enjoying playing it occasionally (June) - he begged to play it every day for the first few weeks, which must say something for its child-pleasing durability.

The game involves firstly crossing a busy road while avoiding oncoming cars/hazardous objects - quite fast paced & requires the player to get the concept of looking down on the characters (I had to help him with this until he got the hang of it - I must admit to enjoying it too!).

Other games along the way include pressing buttons to time Buzz jumping

up at the same time as two other characters as the doors open; a brilliant rolling, basic platform-type scene where Buzz has to walk/swing/jump along to gain points and avoid hazards (my son's favourite as it looks quite spectacular & is fun & just within his capabilities); and a slightly sinister maze with electrical hazards & 'baddies' (the concept of the maze, which has a navigation map icon to aid an aerial view, is I think a good one and educational but currently beyond my son's age - he quickly became frustrated and gave up, so I had to help him through it - oh well!)

Another favourite is where Buzz is on a moving luggage conveyor belt & has to leap onto & over the luggage, guessing what is inside the bags by clues given. My son mastered this quite quickly as there are nice visual aids for non-readers, and has returned to it again & again just for the enjoyment of playing.

Overall, I think this is one of the best Vtech games we've tried so far (we've got 4) and certainly has been a big hit in our house. Good educational value, teaches dexterity, looking for clues, numbers, looking for letters etc - very entertaining to watch & well thought out, it has had the younger siblings fighting to have a go too.

Stretching but satisfying (with a little parental help at times) for a 4 yr old but as there are also opportunities to use maths and reading, I would think this would entertain an older child too.

It did me and I'm 36!

Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
My 5 year old has enjoyed playing the games especially good on long car journeys! The repeated phrases that are said after completing different levels can get rather annoying to adults, but my son doesn't seem to mind hearing the same thing over and over.
