I bought this V-Tech Spin n Learn Butterfly for my niece who was 6 months old at Christmas.
She absolutely loves it, as it is easy for her to trigger the noises and music, just by grabbing onto and turning the wings - no firm presses of a button required, as with most toys.
I would thoroughly recommend buying this toy when you buy baby's first highchair (which can be a strange new experience), as it helps to keep baby amused for the duration of being with the rest of the family at the dinner table.
Also, the suction cup on the bottom of the toy means that dinner won't be interrupted by constantly having to retrieve the toy from the floor!!

My daughter is now 12 weeks old and this has been a big hit with her since she was 6 weeks old (it manages to calm her when nothing else will), and I know she will get years more enjoyment out of this toy. Great flashing buttons, lovely music and very easy for child to play with (she needs help at the moment, but I know that won't be for long).

I bought this for my daughter at 9months, and she started using this properly on her own at 11months. I stuck it onto a small table, she would press the buttons or push down the head, then dance to the music, i love watching her do this, takes her attention away from me for a long time. The only negative thing i can say is that the wings should of been made of plastic so that it would be easier to spin.
