It actually works! It has a long cable that leads to your cigarette lighter. It has a too short a flesxi hose that connects to your valve; a rudimental attachment! There is no on/off switch to operate it outside the car so you find yourself jumping in and out of the car to stop it pumping. The unit is almost toy like and if not attached, will run away from you! It is fundamentally a good thing to have and the concept is simple and workable, but, why the designer hasn't made it more robust with needed functionalities such as; an on/off switch, a longer hose and a good quality valve attachment. But most of all, it needs a useable and more accurate pressure gauge. Not the wide range that doesn't apply to car tyres or anything else!
I've got one of these. It may be cheap but don't waste your money.
* The supply cable is too short so I had to lengthen it.
* There is no on/off switch at all so you have to go back to the cig lighter socket and pull the plug out to stop it. So I put a switch on the cable on the pump.
* The pressure gauge runs from about 15psi to 250psi which is a nonsense - this thing is incapable of getting anywhere near 250psi, and 15psi is too high a starting point for 25-30psi car tyres. A 0-50psi gauge would have been more sensible
* The gauge under-reads by about 10 psi
* It is very, very slow to inflate
I'm now waiting for it to overheat so that I can bin it.

this product is as good as thay get, the marksman 12 volt compressor "i had one befor but gave it to my son on loan yer right, so i got another that's how good thay are, has it got the puff yes, staying power yes, do i like it yes, hope this review is ok? "get one its good".
