I loved this story, but I confess, I'm a HUGE fan of both the romance genre and this particular author, having previously read some of her work through another site (BTW Will you PLEASE hurry up and publish ALL your stories on kindle?!).

There is a reason that I'm such a fan... This writer has a flowing style that I find easy to read and Vittorio's Mistress is everything that a romance, in my opinion, should be. It gives the reader a chance to experience a relationship that, though not without its fair share of serious misunderstandings, proves it has hidden strength. Yes, there are aspects of this story that are heartwrenching and there's enough bad feeling/blind stupidity in places to make you want to take the characters and bang their heads together but that, for me, is part of the joy of reading romance. Life never is simple, relationships aren't always easy and people can be cruel sometimes, especially when they feel they've been misled, but that shouldn't stop anyone from working at, struggling towards or hoping for a happy ending (there's a reason wedding vows say 'for better or worse' - sticky patches in romance are to be expected!) - through stories like Vittorio's Mistress, you get to see the work, struggle and hope rewarded... Perfect!

I've read a LOT of romances, both on kindle and in print format and this author is definitely one of my favourites, easily matching the standard of work produced by 'better known' writers. I find it hard to believe that she hasn't been discovered yet by a publisher such as Silhouette or Harlequin.

All I can really say is - Enjoy! (then pester her to release the rest of this series!)

This was an enjoyable story where I actually cared what happened to the characters. Not particularly saucy, but good enough to keep your interest.

The ulitimate sign of a great book series...reading all 3 books in a row, then realising its 6am and having to ring in sick to work because you havent sleep...oops!!
Brillantly written, you get a real insight into the characters minds and I couldnt wait to see what happened next.
Great author, Im really looking forward to more books from Kimberley Reeves!!
