this is very easy to install and use but i have to turn off the firewall before i can print anything and i cannot find out how to correct this malfunction. its good that once purchased there are no more fees to pay ....

This product has been troublesome at best. The first one I had crashed my PC (because after system restore before installation PC worked OK again!) The second try, kindly exchanged by Amazon, would not install the firewall. After deleating and re-installing it appears to work effectively. The helpline was helpful. Great idea to have a pay once keep on one PC forever, but it needs to be more user friendly and bug free.
