I needed a simple product that would be a deterrent if nothing more to car thieves. The Viper flashing light does this perfectly well and indeed the product is very good value and quality for the price.

The only reason I will not give it five stars is simply because it is not a case of buying it and plugging it in - you have to either wire it into your security system or if you do not have one you have to wire it directly to the cigarette/12v socket in your car. Make sure that this is the socket that stays on regardless of the key position!

Alternatively, and this is what I decided to do, pop along to an electrical shop and pick up a car plug/cigarette plug and wire the sticker up, making sure to solder the wires. Then just plug it in whenever you need it.

A good product overall but let down by lack of information on the advertising here at Amazon and a lack of information on the packaging. However the sales team were very helpful.
