Ordered this for my 12 year old daughter, was just what she wanted, she set it all up alone on the computer and had it up and running in no time, excellent product, easy to use, would recommend this to anyone wanting music on the go.

bought for my daughter, very disappointed,
when you turn it on it just turns off again,
have written to digiflex, but no reply, waste of money.
Better to pay extra and buy an official ipod.

We have had a few problems getting the video function of the player to work, thats why its a 4 star comment. Basically its good value for what it is: plays and loads mp3's fine. Doesn't play mp4 as it says in details and on the box..... but after spending hours scouring the net for a free rmvb converter (there aren't any!) because the demo video file is rmvb, sending the first one back....(5.50 postage we'll see if that gets refunded) and spending hours on the net again.... i tried a 3GP file format video as i'd tried everything else and it works!!!
Now if i'd known that first there would have been no problem. (tried realplayer converter and had issues. So ''mobile video for 3gp - mobile device video converter'' is free and works great)
So as long as you know to put your video on .3gp file type then this is a brilliant first mp3/video player for my 9 yr old daughter she thought it was great. Also forget the instructions poor translation quite funny but work it out yourself! Quite straight forward. In the end grrrr!

Touch Screen MP3
Brilliant touch screen. Did need to realise it was not compatable with I tunes but other than that no problems. Down loaded a converter to MP3 and we were away. Thanks
