There is nothing in the description that talks about spoecific iPod model numbers and yet I and seeemingly many others have found that this product does not work. Not good enough!

This did exactly what was required for an iPOD version 5. Just connect the coloured leads to the TV, and put the other end of the cable in the headphone socket and you are ready to view videos through your TV. No longer do I have to squint to see a tiny screen, I can see this on the big screen.
The only thing I did need to do was ensure the sound was turned up on the iPOD as well as the TV in order to get a sound I could hear, but that is not a fault of the lead, just of my hearing
I would recommend this to anyone else who has a iPOD (of the correct version), as a simple low cost effective solution for viewing podcasts & videos from the comfort of the sofa

Beware, this cable doesn't work for newer iPod models (mine is a 80GB classic). You need to buy Apple's own expensive cable, which has some sort of chip in it to allow it to work.

rubbish

Doesn't work on Galaxy S phone

Ipod audio lead
Serves it's purpose, although the sound quality is low. You have to wack up the volume on the ipod and hi-fi to benefit good volume levels. Read more

Check again, it may work a different way!!
Sony change the connections so that the yellow is the right stereo and the red is the video. Try around other ways, maybe apple is the same.

steer clear doesnt work on ipod nano 8g
