This is a stunning Victorian dolls house. Requires a small amount of assembly and comes in two display boxes so it makes an ideal gift. It weighs approx 20kg and is made of quality materials, so please do not mistake this item with cheaper versions available that look that same. Made by skilled craftsman, the detail is fantastic. Access to the rooms is easy as the front and roof opens up. The house is 1:12th scale and is made of MDF.

Its a serious pice of kit, quite large and looks the business. It will take some putting together, but its pretty impressive when done and gives the children loads of space to put stuff. Yes I know its supposed to be for collectors etc. but we bought it for our two girls at Christmas. Its expensive, but they love it and its not yet been damaged. I think it will last a long time, so we are pleased too.
