The product arrived quickly and well packaged but, unfortunately, it was difficult to put the tape in and, particularly stiff to take it out again. I actuall hurt my finger pressing it out. The vendors were quick at refunding my money, with no fuss, but I still had to pay the return postage, so i am not exactly a happy bunny. I do not know whether this was a one off as to avoid delays, I sourced another one quickly as it was for a relative, who was dying and wanted to see some of his videos. Consequently I asked for a refund rather than a replacement.

This product is motorized and does just what it says on the tin .. very good for the price

I know some of the other buyers seem to have had issues with it being tricky to load and unload cassettes, but I found it no hassle at all. I guess my fingers work??! Read more
