A firm favourite for many years, our V-Fit Triple Action Flywheel Cycle has additional upper body exercise capability with its twin independent hydraulically resisted row arms. Its 6kg balanced cast iron flywheel with a hard wearing polypropylene friction tape and variable resistance adjuster provides smooth progressive pedalling resistance to suit all levels. Self-presenting pedals with Velcro style adjustable footstraps provide good secure foot stability while pedalling; the height adjustable comfortable padded saddle easily adjusts to a maximum height of 89cm being suitable for most people and to monitor your exercise progress a 5-function exercise monitor with Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Distance (Miles), Scan, Speed (mph), and Time (Minutes / Seconds) Modes is provided.

I'm already on my second one of these and I would not recommend it. The tensioner is no where near good enough and had broken for the second time now...unfortuantely outside the month warrenty for returning the bike which I would really prefer to do. If you are looking for a bike which can challenge you and coninue to do so for longer than a week...this really isn't it and you'll be wasting your time and money.

This exercise bike was just what I was looking for. It doesn't take up too much floor space, yet it feels very stable. The saddle is very comfortable and the dual action means I can strengthen my arms without putting too much pressure on my knees. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to everyone.

The bike looks good but doesn't really perform. Within 3 months one of the pedals had cracked and the part that holds the foot strap had snapped. I certainly wouldn't buy another.
