here we go-no nonsense review lol . got this yesterday as an upgrade to an old multigym I have been using, took about 2.5hrs to put together on my own with coffee breaks, instructions weren't great either, bench folds away to next to nothing which is perfect if space is an issue, have loaded 100kg on the bar and takes it fine, squat rack has a little wobble at this weight but I have the bars extended all the way as im over 6ft. the pec dec gets in the way when bench pressing but you can easily pop them on or off just dont use the permanent bolts supplied use the hand screws, put 25 kg on each side (over the stated 20kg limit)and worked fine. preacher attachment seemed solid enough when curling 30kg and so did the leg extension with 50kg (over the restriction but had to give it a test)Im sure with a bit of gumption you could bolt a couple of bars to the ground to trap the front end to make it extra safe but so far I don't seem to be having the wobbling issues with the bench? Lat pulldown wont take much weight, put the restricted 40kg on and wouldn't fancy putting much more on as its a long pole and it feels like it may give, this attachment is still good for tricep pushdowns and cable curls though so its not totally useless, but if you want it for your back, lats etc buy a chinning bar. would have gave 4.5 stars just due to the lack of weight you can put on (would have ideally preffered more on the squat rack)but it is ample for an intermediate or home user and at least this manufacturer tells you in the details, I had to email many to get full specs. any bad issues down the line and I will report back but so far very pleased with the bench for both solidity and value for money.
