Its dual mode - dual action forward or reverse motion action has synchronised linked handlebars for both upper and lower body toning exercise. The internal magnetic resistance system has a friction-free 4.5kg cast iron flywheel for smooth action and an 8-Step manually adjusted resistance controller. Its comfortable 28cm / 11” stride length is perfect for most users. The MTE-3 has non-slip, over-size footplates. To help plan and track exercise progress it single screen 6-function LCD exercise monitor displays Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Distance (Miles / Km), Handgrip Pulse (Beats / Minute), Scan, Speed (MPH / Kmh), and Time (Minutes / Seconds) functions. This robust Elliptical Trainer has a 110kg Maximum User Weight limit.
