Our new MTE-3 Magnetic Elliptical Trainer has a sturdy round tubular steel main frame. Roller front frame caps make storage and movement easy while the twist-adjust rear frame caps ensure a sure footing during use. Its chip resistant Silver/Grey epoxy powder coated frame finish is easy to clean. Its dual mode - dual action forward or reverse motion action has synchronised linked handlebars for both upper and lower body toning exercise. The internal magnetic resistance system has a friction-free 4.5kg cast iron flywheel for smooth action and an 8-Step manually adjusted resistance controller. Its comfortable 28cm / 11” stride length is perfect for most users. The MTE-3 has non-slip, over-size footplates. To help plan and track exercise progress it single screen 6-function LCD exercise monitor displays Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Distance (Miles / Km), Handgrip Pulse (Beats / Minute), Scan, Speed (MPH / Kmh), and Time (Minutes / Seconds) functions. This robust Elliptical Trainer has a 110kg Maximum User Weight limit.

Fairly simple to put together although the instructions aren't always clear. Great piece of equipment for the price, pretty quiet and stable plus it doesn't take up too much room. Would definitely recommend.

This is the first time i have ordered home gym equipment, I did need my hubby to carry the item but once it was in the right room I assembled myself with relative ease. The only awkward bit was connecting the resistance wire which would have been easier with two people but I managed on my own. I am only used to gym cross trainers and although this is a much simnpler version it does the job. its very quiet and doesn't take up much space. i like that you have the option to go backwards on it too. not sure the calorie counter is that accurate but the timer is good. Over all I am impressed with the machine.
