Its robust chip resistant aluminium coloured coated tubular steel frame with narrow covers not only looks good but also feels good too. The front frame has transportation wheels to facilitate easy movement from room to room if necessary. Its belt driven, friction-free 6kg cast iron flywheel with integral multi-plate magnetic resistance system and 8-step twist adjust resistance adjustment is both smooth and whisper quiet in use. Its synchronised linked handlebars and fixed safety handles provide perfect hand positioning for comfortable exercising. Over-size, 2-position PVC footplates ensure correct comfortable foot placement during exercise and the large LCD screened 7-function exercise monitor provides Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn) Distance (Miles / Km), Function Scan, Handgrip Pulse (Beats / Minute), Odometer, Speed (MPH / Kmh) and Time (Minutes / Seconds) feedback to assist in training recording or exercise planning.
