Our lead-in FTE-1 Mini Elliptical Trainer has a robust steel main frame with a Silver-Grey chip resistant epoxy powder coated frame finish. Its dual action forward or reverse motion action provides an excellent balanced lower body cyclic exercise. It has a 3kg balanced cast iron flywheel with a polypropylene friction tape resistance system which is adjusted by a manual micro resistance controller. This compact Elliptical Trainer has a 23cm / 9” stride length with non-slip footplates. To help plan and view your exercise progress the FTE-1 has a single screen 5-function LCD exercise monitor with Calorie (Theoretical Calorie Burn), Distance (Km), Speed (Km / Hour), Scan, and Time (Minutes / Seconds) Modes. Suitable for the young or old, the FTE-1 has a 110kg Maximum User Weight limit.

I wouldn't recommend this product. It fell apart a day after I received it. Quick delivery but poor quality product. Complete waste of money!
