I've been looking for a whisk that is firm enough to suit my varied cooking needs. This is the first one I've seen for pretty reasonable price. The ones I've seen were twice as heavy and the whisk itself was not firm enough to mix anything other than maybe a liquid or a sauce.Also, it works well even in non-stick pans, did not damage the surface and worked like it was supposed to. I use mine so much I am very surprised it has not broken yet. It really works beeter and faster than the ones I've used so far. Fully satisfied!

I ordered this whisk after reading the previous review, thinking this would do well with my non-stick pans. When I received the product, it had a label on it stating that it was for cold whisking, so i had to purchase another whisk (Brabantia). it might be fine for sauces, but with the recent scare of chemical leaching, I'd rather have the manufacturer's o.k. on this. Had I had known it was for cold whisking only, I would have purchased the Brabania and be done with it. It was less expensive as well.

If you can get it for under £6 and free shipping it is worth it. I have seen it priced as low as £4 and as high as £7. I use it to whip up eggs etc - items that I need quickly and when I don't want to hassle with getting out the electric whisk or blender. It's not a "must have" item, just a handy one and worth buying if you need to reach a particular shopping limit to qualify for free shipping.
