First concerning the purchaise, everything was very quick. The book arrived earlier than I expected. The book itself is great. Addreses the issues in a very intuitive, accessible and helpful way. Anyone that does research should buy it.

Extremely Thorough 24 Sept. 2012
By Queen CC - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
This book is a great statistics book and EXTREMELY thorough!!! I'm using this in a doctoral program and it's very helpful; however, if you do not have a strong statistical background you may need another supporting book for assistance, because this book goes into a lot of depth that assumes a certain level of knowledge.

My only complaint about it is that it goes deeply into detail within its examples and they build from chapter to chapter, so if you're not reading or studying the book in the same format it's written, the examples can be somewhat confusing. However, the explanation of the sections is still helpful.

Good statistics resource, easy to understand. 24 Nov. 2012
By jarnett - Published on Amazon.com

While this book is a bit expensive, I have found it to be a great statistics resource especially for multivariate statistics. I've used quite a few other resources as well, but this one seems to have a more comprehensive list of analyses to aid in statistical research. I only wish that it was a little less expensive!

I needed this book for a graduate level psychology statistics course, and this book is very easy to navigate and read. Very nice examples throughout and rather comprehensive.
