It is an odd size, but other than that, it is well presented, concise, presents enough background to understand how and some of the why's. It has a concise list of amino acids, their uses, deficiencies and suggestions. There is also a bit of caution of use and needed vitamins for the amino acids to work. The section of whey protein, vegan diets, and high protein diets was helpful and seems open minded. Great vest pocket guide.
