This book has an excellent description of how to coduct a brainstorm, card sorting and how to create personas. Skecthing, Usability testws and contextual inquiries content are copied from other books such as Bill Buxton's Sketching for User Experiences, Mike Kuniavsky's Observing the User Experience.

It is a good handbook for those who are new to User Experience and Qualitative Research.
