This is a great kit. It contains a proper rock crystal pendulum on a chain, plus a soft backed book teaching you how to dowse.
The book explains how and why dowsing works and tells you how to dowse using the pendulum, a forked stick, or rods. Written in an easy and friendly style with lots of illustrations, it also discusses spoon bending and suggest lots of fun things to do with mind power!
There's nothing at all spooky about this book: to Uri Geller, mind power is as natural as breathing and he is SO enthusiastic about it. I loved reading this and I'm slowly working my way through the various exercises: I've used a pendulum for many years as an 'intuition tool', but this book has really encouraged me to use it much more extensively and I'm having all kinds of successes - as well as a lot of fun.
If you've ever wondered about pendulum dowsing and would like to give it a go, I thoroughly recommend this as a great starting point.

This is a good kit for a beginner. The book is not great, but it give some helpful hints. The crystal is nice and I can not complain about what I got relative to the price. I think this would be a good gift to give someone who is interested in this sort of thing but has not bothered to do it. Good Christmas/birthday gift, in my opinion.

This item is ok but the book wasn't that good. some little stories. i wish now i had just brought the pendalum .
