This Disc shows the application of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA techniques to real fighting situations; it covers: take-downs, takedown defences, escapes from common situations on the ground, and how you can apply MMA techniques to the key priority in the street i.e. getting up as quickly as you can. This is taught by Leo Negao, former BJJ world champion and sparring partner Anderson Silva, Minotauro, Vitor Belfort and others.
It also shows how to defend knife threats and attacks - this is presented by Stewart McGill, the Chief Instructor of Urban Krav Maga and author of the acclaimed Urban Krav Maga 6-DVD set.

There's a wide range of techniques displayed in that DVD, I must say I was impressed. Very good stuff. I have been doing Krav Maga for years now and I totally recommend it.

As an industry professional and a general martial arts enthusiast this box set really stands out.
This set really does do it all, a good comination of technical know-how and practical application. As an attendee of Beyond Fighting martial arts classes in Leeds it's awesome to see these guys branching out into instructional DVDs.

The box-set covers a wide range of techniques and styles. It is both informative and exciting to watch. Tutorlink believes it provides a great insight into the world and workings of self-defence, and is both an inspirational and motivational tool to audiences. We would strongly recommend this product to potential and existing students looking to learn more about self-defence, its methods and training, as well as those who look to improve their skill and ability. This collection of DVDs has something for everyone, novice or advanced. We believe instructors may benefit from observing the teaching techniques used as well as its presentation and pace. Tutorlink rates it as a good all-round educational and entertaining product. A must see!

This box set does exactly what it says on the tin! These guys are great. I'll be studying all their techniques and incorporating them in the self-defence classes I run.
