I dont read books all too often, In fact, if there was a Video and a Book, I would 99% of the time.. watch the Video, mainly because I tend to get bored reading books that tend to drag on, However this book kept me interested the whole way thru. I would not reccommend this book to someone without at least 1 years experience as there only resource to get there A+. Even though this book is Simply a Study guide, it tells you exactly what you need to know to pass the exams, I have been in the Industry 2 years and found this book most useful. I have not yet sat my A+ Exam but will be in a few short weeks but I feel much more confident in passing thanks to this book!

It tends to have too much detail to be the best of the guides and the exam scenarios are possibly the most difficult of any guide I used. To be certain of passing use "self test" downloaded exams. The book tends to have too much bagage from the "bible"i.e. UPGRADING AND REPAIRING PCs

THIS BOOK IS OK , BUT BEWARE IT IS ONLY A STUDY GUIDE, DESIGNED I THINK, TO ACCOMPANY THE HARDBACK FOR THOSE TAKING THE EXAM. IT IS NOT A PAPERBACK SUBSTITUTE
