Search google for your network provider 'APN Settings'. Simply, go to Settings>More(under data usage)>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names to create an entry and you will be able to connect to the internet. I have a Cubot P9, so expect the same setup is required on your phone.

yes i fitted a sure/cw sim in one slot and a vodafhone/airtell sim in the other slot both work well, you may have to download your phone contacts to your computer from your old phone then using the cubot lead download them to the new phone.
