This is a film that the world needs more of. How often in the world now do we see films with a real, true, sensitive yet gripping storyline. Very rarely. It is sad, happy and moving all at once. A must see

Country superstar Dolly Parton stars in this heartwarming tale of a brassy and sassy lounge singer who is killed in a car crash, but denied entrance into heaven because of the selfish way she lived her live.
Her penance:to reunite a family by finding a mother for two children and their recently widowed father before the Christmas deadline.
Running time:Approx. 95 minutes.
Including 2 original songs by Dolly Parton:"Unlikely Angel" and "Watcha Tryin' to do to me?"
A must see!

I bought this DVD primarily because of the title song. It's brilliant. The story is also a three hankie job. Don't you just love a Christmas weepie?
