I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine who loves listening to music in the shower. I spent ages looking for a decent radio which would be waterproof but not cost the earth. After much research I plumped for this one on the basis that unless you spent a lot you didn't seem to get much more for your money than this could provide. It has turned out to be a brilliant buy, it works really well and is still working a year on. It doens't stay stuck to the wall very well but this isn't really a big problem. Don't expect amazing sound but for the money I would say it's pretty hard to beat.

Bought this radio in April 08
This is a good little radio which does exactly what it says on the tin
Initially it sticks to the tiles great, the signal is good plus you can move the aerial about for a stronger signal. No viewable dial so if someone moves it off your preferred radio station its trial & error to get it back. Volume is controlled by the turning tap part, it is able to hear it over a loud shower.
Make sure that you turn the tap the whole way to hear the click as you turn it off as sometimes I didn't do this so it was on for ages
Added bonus is that you can use it as a hook for your shower puff
When I changed the batteries for some reason it wouldn't stick back on the tiles for any long period. I would routinely wake up in the morning & find it lying in the bottom of the bath, plus sometimes when it fell it turned itself on.
The last time it fell the turning tap part broke off which is how it turns on/off and sets the volume, so now I have a radio that it constantly on and I can't reattach the tap part.

The first time used it dropped off the shower tiles. I should have twigged that it would always do that. The second time of use it dropped off again, and the tap bit broke (cheap plastic) rendering it useless. I would not recommend this product.

Shower Tap radio
Excellent product, easy to tune, good sound and sticks well to bathroom tiles. Had a slight problem opening battery compartment
