I LOVED it! I'm so glad that at age twenty-two Sweet Valley can still have the same magical effect on me as it did as a child. As a Brit, I really do adore the British stereotypes of Sweet Valley. This is exactly what i've come to expect from this fictional world and I love it. In true Sweet Valley fashion it is full of unrealistic and cliche'd situations, but manages to expertly hook you from start to finish and work its magic. That's what Sweet Valley is, and only a true SV fan could ever truly appreciate the fantasy of the books. I'm just so tired of people saying that they aren't realistic. Well, let me tell you something. They AREN'T supposed to be realistic! But that being said, I still like to believe that someday i'm going to marry Prince Harry and live happily ever after. Sweet Valley gives me the freedom to keep dreaming like that.

This book is good. It tells Elizabeth's train of thought really well but not much really happens. Elizabeth seems to spend the whole time reflecting on the past few days. It makes you feel sorry for Elizabeth, one thing after another goes wrong, though she does keep optimistic. The sub plot involving Jessica is quite amusing as well. There was an excert from the next book at the end which makes you want to buy the next book. I really want to know what is going to happen in the next book, and the rest of the series! A good buy, you will not be able to put it down.

A GREAT book! Its just so good i couldn't put it down at ALL! I read it all in one go and couldn't help feeling sorry for Elizabeth. She catches her sister making out with her boyfriend whom she was going to sleep with and runs off. Sam follows cue. Her sister's boyfriend (Taylor) runs off too leaving poor Jessica with the bill for the motel and a broken ankle. Jessica had been trying to look after Elizabeth by making sure she wouldn't sleep with Sam as he was a two-timing jerk, resulting in her sister blowing up at her and leaving the country, her boyfriend deserting her messing up everyones lives in the process. Elizabeth leaves Sweet Valley for london only to find her place in univercity already taken! Want to know more then read the book! My only regret is that i live in egypt and therefore have to wait at least a month for the next book in the series to come (london calling) My advice is for all of u reading this review is to BUY THIS BOOK! Its written in an emotional way and makes you feel as if u r sharing Elizabeth's distress and excitment. BUY THIS BOOK NOW!!
