A superb collection of and short commentaries on some of the profound spiritual scriptures from the World's Wisdom traditions. 24 Feb 2012
By Jeffrey Bailey - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
Bede Griffiths was a 20th century sage and one of the first great bridges between the world's great Wisdom traditions. This was his last book and was published posthumously.

Universal Wisdom is the best collection of religious scriptures from the various traditions, which illuminate the common wisdom shared among them. It is not an attempt to equate the religious paths, but instead points to the common center, known by many names, which radiate from their depths.
