Poor design 12 Feb 2009

The steam goes out through the holes OK, but the fat just runs to the outside rim and drips onto the cooker. Have stopped using it and will buy a good old fashioned mesh one instead!

Splatter guard 31 July 2011

On first inspection item looks well made. It does the job, however we found that the handle was loose and we were unable to tighten the loose screw because there was simply no thread. Found another screw of right size and used that which worked, avoiding returning the item.

The order was placed just before Xmas and arrived before the 25 which was great
The Gaurd not only is great when my sons are having a fry up but works well when poaching too.
